Dr. Lou J. (Williams)Turner accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior at age fourteen.  Lou is a member of the C. P. Coleman High School graduating class of ‘1963’ in Pine Bluff Arkansas.  She entered into the covenant relationship of marriage with Albert Turner in 1965.  She dedicated herself to God and Family through the support of her husband’s military career and training up their three daughters. Lou and Albert have seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.


Dr. Lou Turner returned to the arena of formal education in the early eighties and proceeded non stop to acquire the following:  Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree, Masters of Gerontology, Masters of Social Work. Anointed by God Ministries Alliance and Seminary presented Lou with an honorary degree in Biblical Studies in April 2016.  


This Arkansas native is an Associate Minister of the Immanuel Family Worship Center of Jacksonville, AR serving under the leadership of Bishop Ricky Allen.  Her service has been declared to be legendary after ‘28’ continuous years.  


Dr. Turner is a Professor at Global Impact School of Ministry and Bible College in Sherwood, AR serving under Apostle Brenda Jefferson.
